Learn to Skate Basic Skills:
The Learn to Skate Basic Skills Program is for children of all ages and abilities. Come and learn the fundamentals of ice-skating in a group structure.
Basic Skills…$90 (1 hour 2x per week)
Tots/Snowplow Sam…$80(45 minutes 2x per week)
Freestyle I
The Freestyle 1 Program is designed for the skater that has graduated from the Basic Skills program but not yet ready for private lessons. This group structured class will allow your skater to learn more advanced elements such as jumps, spins, dance and moves in the field.
6 Week Sessions…$100(45 minutes)
Adult Skating Program
The Adult Skating Program is designed for adults 18 years and older. Enjoy learning proper skating technique and promote physical fitness.
6 Week Sessions:
Mon. & Weds $75 + $75 membership
Coffee Club Only $90 + $50 membership
Combination of Sessions: $105 + $75 membership

Join us in celebrating a wonderful summer and in launching our fall program! On September 3 from 9 AM to 1 PM, the Skating Club will host a clinic with Oleg Makarov and Larissa Selezneva, Bronze medalists in the 1984 Olympic Winter Games, and on September 3, the Skating Club will host their 2nd annual Labor Day Ice Show, honoring 2-time Olympic Gold Medalists, The Protopopovs! Congratulations to our club members Megan LaCasse of Novice Team Delaware, Kaitlin LaCasse of Juvenile Team Delaware, and Leah Short of the Junior Lexettes for a spectacular performance at Synchronized Nationals! The Lexettes won Bronze, Novice Team Delaware was 8th, and Juvenile Team Delaware was 6th. Great job girls!



5-year old SCLP member Abbey Gavin won a gold medal in a recent competition! Congratulations Abbey!
SCLP member Leah Short won gold with the Lexettes in the Junior Division at the Eastern Synchronized Skating Championships here in Lake Placid. The Lexettes will be competing in Nationals this March in California. Congratulations to Leah, the Lexettes, and best of luck at Nationals!
